Every job is quoted, because the fee follows the property and the scope. Our appraisal FAQ covers typical Washington fees.
How soon will my report be ready?
Typically 7 to 10 days depending on scope, delivered on the date we give you.
Can I hire you without a lender?
Yes, for estate, divorce, tax appeal, pre listing, private and relocation work. Purchase and refinance appraisals for a loan are ordered by the lender.
Do you handle condos and townhomes?
Yes. Every attached dwelling type is routine work for this team, from duplex townhomes to high rise condos.
